General contracting procedure
The contracting process may only be conducted in Spanish. If it can be conducted in another language, this will be indicated before the contracting process begins.
For the contract for the purchase of products from our store to be valid, the order information provided by the user must be accurate, complete, and up-to-date at all times. The invoice is issued upon shipment and is accessible and downloadable from the user account. It is also sent in PDF format in the shipping confirmation email.
Validity of prices and offers

Delivery conditions
All items in our store are listed as available or not in stock at the time of selecting their attributes. If all items in the order are in stock and the order has been confirmed and paid for before 2:00 PM, we will do our best to ensure it ships that same day.
Delivered within 48-72 business hours from the date we confirm it has been shipped. If the order is confirmed after 2:00 PM, it will ship the next business day.
If an item is not in stock, we will always inform you of the estimated delivery date provided by each supplier, which we are committed to.
In the event of an incident with delivery times, the customer will be informed by customer service, always providing the best solution and the option to cancel the order if desired.

Cancellations, Returns and Withdrawal
Cancelling an order
An order can only be canceled if it has not yet been shipped. To cancel an order, please email saxurrina@gmail.com and provide the order reference number you wish to cancel.
The refund will be made using the same payment method chosen when placing the order.

1. Return Policy
Our returns policy is governed by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, as well as by Law 7/1996 on the Regulation of Retail Trade, amended by Law 47/2002 to adapt it to European Directive 97/7/EC.

2. How to make a return?

Within a maximum of 7 business days of receipt at our warehouse, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original order.
Please note that if it's a credit/debit card, the refund may take up to 30 days to be processed depending on the specific bank used.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, which depend on weight and volume. If the package fits in a shoe box and weighs less than 2 kilos, €XX will be deducted directly from the refund.

4. Order cancellations
Orders can be canceled at any time as long as they have not entered the preparation or shipping phase. If the order includes one or more items on ORDER, cancellation and refund are not permitted unless the cancellation is communicated within 24 hours of the initial order date.
The order may be canceled if the delivery date is delayed, if it differs from the date provided with the item at the time of purchase.
